I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, the food was great, and the staff was friendly. The view from every balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. However, the location is relatively far from Cancun, and the dining options were not to my liking.

The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff like Puncho and Angel. The location, while far from Cancun, offered privacy and serenity. Dining was exceptional, although the service could be more friendly. The facilities were top-notch.
